Legal — Privacy & Terms

Clear terms make good partnerships

Using our site and engaging our services are governed by these terms. They are written to be fair, readable, and enforceable.

Clear terms make good partnerships — Digital Pathway
What this includes

Everything you need for Terms & Conditions, without the gaps

We handle the whole chain so you do not have to stitch vendors — and we show our work at each step so you can trust it.

Website use

Content on this site is for information and enquiry about our services. Do not scrape, reproduce at scale, or use marks without permission. We make reasonable efforts for accuracy but do not warrant uninterrupted availability.

Enquiries & proposals

Submitting a form does not create an engagement. Services, fees, and timelines are governed by a signed proposal or MSA/SOW, not by site copy.

Intellectual property

Site design, copy, and assets are owned by Digital Pathway or licensors. Client and candidate IP remains theirs. Work product ownership transfers per the engagement terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from site use. Direct liabilities, where they arise, are limited as set out in the engagement terms.

Governing law

Site use is governed by the laws of India, with courts at Noida having jurisdiction. Service engagements may specify alternative venue by contract.

Updates

We may update these terms and will post the revised version with an effective date. Material service terms will be communicated via engagement documentation.

Why Digital Pathway for this

A team that has done this before — and learned where it breaks

We keep the parts that consistently improve outcomes and remove the theatre that only looks good in a pitch deck.

Readable

We removed the copy-paste boilerplate where we could and explained why each clause exists.

Engagement is the contract

The site informs; the proposal binds. That keeps expectations honest.

Respect

We respect your IP, data, and time — and we ask the same.

How it works

Four steps, no black boxes

01

Read

This page and the proposal/MSA for any service you consider.

02

Clarify

Ask before you sign if anything is unclear — we prefer a conversation to a dispute.

03

Proceed

Sign and we deliver to the agreed terms with stewardship.
